Yoga

Teaching yoga at school helps students feel better and improve their grades. Research suggests implementation of yoga in educational settings reduces stress and increases the concentration of the student. These activities improve the flexibility, strength and metabolism of the body.

Football

Sanskar Sabha

Students at Alpha International School begin their day with Brahmari and Omkar.  Spiritual, cultural, and traditional values of India are taught in Sanskar Sabha. Here the students are exposed to the various days and their importance in our lives.

Art & Craft

Students at Alpha International School instill a sense of achievement and pride through art and craft activities. Students can explore and express their emotions with the help of these activities. They develop the ability to think creatively, be original, and innovate.

Drama

Table Tennis

I Q Development

Children from Nursery to class 10 attend the I. Q Development classes. It teaches the students cognitive abilities such as memory, attention, and decision-making. It helps them plan moves, predict future turns, and prioritize resources.

Karate
